Aalborg Municipality is hosting the 10th European Conference for Sustainable Cities and Communities. Similarly, Kildeparken will be filled with life and learning with a focus on sustainability. It all takes place in Kildeparken, Aalborg, from 1-5 October 2024. 

Meet AAU for presentations, dialogues and debates

Aalborg University is of course strongly represented at Aalborg 2024 where there will be exciting presentations by researchers from AAU who will inform you about topics in sustainability.

Here you can experience Videnskabsaften where you can learn more about sustainable architecture, public health and sustainability, as well as the Sustainable Development Goals in environmental assessment.

There will also be PhD pitches on sustainable research with PhD students from Aalborg University who will compete to make the best three-minute pitch while presenting the latest knowledge in their field.

On the grass in Kildeparken, PLAN's dialogue cycle rolls out where students in sustainability are ready to talk about their degree programme and how they are prepared to help the sustainability agenda of the future. They also talk about what it's like to be a student in a time where sustainability has such a big focus. 

In addition, Filosofaen hosts various guests who focus on difficult ethical, technical and philosophical topics within eco-education and sustainability, as well as sustainable design and ethical consumers.
