Video: AAU Put a Spotlight on Gender Diversity and Equality

Prominent speakers sparked the debate at campus in Copenhagen on International Women's Day.

Aalborg University celebrated International Women's Day with an event focusing on gender diversity.

The university had brought together a number of inspiring personalities who had one thing in common: They are fighting for a fairer and more equal society. Presentations and debates focused on gender diversity and equality while also taking the temperature of how Denmark is doing in this area.

Moderator and journalist Anna Ingrisch posed questions to the speakers, who were:

  • Christine Antorini, Director, Life Foundation
  • Mette Kaagaard, Administrative Director, Microsoft Denmark
  • Gine Maltha Kampmann, Administrative Director, Equalis
  • Mette Østergaard, Editor-in-chief, Berlingske
  • Emma Holten, Debater and Lecturer
  • Anne-Marie Engel, Chief Grant Officer, LEO Foundation
  • Caroline Farberger, Chair of the Board, Weelstreet

H.R.H. The Crown Princess participated in the event as well.
