There may be several reasons why Open Access can seem overwhelming: how do I figure out publishing agreements? What are the different types of Open Access, and the requirements that come with them? What about copyright? How do I spot a predatory journal? How do I work with open licenses? And how can I start thinking about openness as an integrated part of my research foundation?

Almost no matter the issue, there will be a webinar in week 43 that can answer your questions during Danish Open Access Week 2024. The Danish Network for Open Access is offering six webinars this year as the Danish contribution to the International Open Access Week, and whether you are a new researcher or experienced in the field, there is definitely something for you.

The webinars last between 1-2 hours, making them compact and convenient ways to get into the topics. Read more and sign up for the free webinars here.

The Danish Open Access Network

This is the third consecutive year that the Danish Network for Open Access is organizing open, national webinars on Open Access. The Danish Open Access Network consists of representatives from Danish universities, university colleges, and other research institutions that work with Open Access on a daily basis.

If you do not get answers to your questions about Open Access publishing opportunities through the webinars, you are always welcome to contact the Open Access competence unit AAU OPEN at aauopen@aau.dk
